PHILOSOPHY

Magna Anima Teachers College (Magna Anima) believes that:

  • The education, training, and formation of a person is better achieved within and through a community, partnerships;

  • A person’s education, training, and formation is better achieved in an environment of respect and love, building caring communities;

  • The core goal of education, training, and formation lies in mentoring an individual to: (see also the Profile of a Magna Graduate)

    • discover, nurture, and reorient his/her passion and thus live a mission-inspired life;

    • become a loving person; and

  • The youth are the hope and future of our country, and providing a transformative education is essential for genuine development and sustained nation-building; an education, training, and formation that is egalitarian and relevant, i.e., leading to quality life through the empowerment of jobs and a career.
